Alsace Road Network and Travel
Alsace boasts a good road network: located at the crossroads between the north-south and east-west motorway links, the Alsace region of France is really the centre of Europe.
The different motorways which go through Alsace lead to the main European capitals and cities. This region is indeed well-connected to France, Germany and Switzerland road infrastructures.
As mentioned before, the Alsatian road network is really well-developed. Considering the growing population density, many road projects will be implemented in the next years. Such projects aim at increasing the number of motorways in the region because some of the existing ones begin to be overcrowded.
